Refund Policy

At BitsnBugs, we’re committed to delivering top-notch IT courses to learners around the globe. Still, we recognize that sometimes a refund might be necessary. Please take a moment to read through our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You can request a refund if any of the following conditions apply:

  • You ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase and haven’t completed more than 20% of the course.
  • The course charged you incorrectly due to a system glitch.
  • The course content doesn’t match the description we provided.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note that refunds won’t be issued in the following cases:

  • If you submit a refund request after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • If you've accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • If the reason for your refund is personal and unrelated to course quality (like a change of heart, lack of time, or deciding to switch to another course).
  • If you bought the course with a discount code or through a promotional offer.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at hello@bitsnbugs.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Course Name]".
  • Include your full name, registered email address, purchase receipt, and your reason for requesting the refund.
  • Our team will look over your request and get back to you within 5-7 business days.
  • If your refund is approved, we’ll process it within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued by DreamDuck Technologies Private Limited, the parent company of BitsnBugs.

4. International Payments & Currency Conversion

  • Refunds for international transactions will be issued in the same currency used for the purchase.
  • Any differences arising from fluctuations in exchange rates or bank fees won’t be covered by BitsnBugs.

5. Course Cancellation by BitsnBugs

If BitsnBugs has to cancel a course (which we hope doesn’t happen), students will receive a full refund or can choose course credit to enroll in another program.
